Currently, technology is everywhere, and that's why one
can think that the more you use it, the less
you practice sport and watch your health.
On one hand this is true because technology has made our lives more
comfortable. For example, now you can buy whatever you want on the
Internet, without having to go shopping. Also, you don't need to go out to
have social relationships. For instance, we connect with our friends and family
through social media, and we spend hours using our electronic devices.
But on the other hand, technology has brought plenty of apps to motivate
us to do exercise and help us to be healthier. Moreover, we can
get access to a lot of information related to good habits and diet,
which allow us to take care of our body and mind and feel
better with ourselves.
Although people have become more sedentary thanks to new
technologies, they have helped us to improve our day to days to take care of
our body and mind and feel better with ourselves.
