IF YOU HAVE NEVER FAILED, YOU HAVE NEVER LIVED
Usually, it is
common to think that if we want to have a perfect life, everything has to be
perfect and favourable to us, but, is that really true? If someone asks you
what you should do to be successful, what would you say?
Firstly, I am
convinced that a life without problems doesn’t exist and you must fail some
times to overcome all the difficult situations, to learn about the world and to
grow up as a better person. Moreover, I think that if you’ve never failed,
you’ve never lived. Maybe it is so extreme but, in my opinion, only people who
have had a few failures or obstacles in their lives have the opportunity to be
someone.
There are many
people that have succeeded and they didn’t have the best lives, in fact, they
had lots of obstacles to reach their goals. For example, try to imagine your
childhood without Disney, the music industry without the Beatles, the world of
computers without Bill Gates or Steve Jobs… They were ordinary people who
started doing small things that became extraordinary things. Do you think these
people could become someone if they just have stayed at home? I don’t think so.
On the other
hand, it’s true not everyone has the determination to go ahead and It is so
important to have support and encouragement from your family and friends, but
above all you must believe in yourself. Life is full of opportunities and you
just need to try to reach you goals, your dreams.
At the same
time, we can say that nobody fails. We try and we learn. It’s just a part of
the process of achieving. And even if it’s something we decide that we don’t
want to continue doing, that’s just part of the path we’re on. We’ve learned
something. Learning is not failing.
To finish
with, no one told us that life would be so hard but sometimes you need
something to shake you up a bit, push you to your limits and if you reach it,
I’m sure you will emerge as a stronger, better person. Failure
is found along the path to success. All the
adversity you might have in your life, all the problems can strengthened you.
You may not realize it when it happens, but a kick in the teeth may be the best
thing in the world for you.
