Last Monday, 3rd of October,
all of 1rst of baccalaureate went to the Can Fabra library.
That morning we did the first hour of class like every current day,
but then, when the first class ended at 9:15, all of the students pick our
breakfast and went by foot to Can Fabra library. We
arrived there at 9:25 -9:30 approximately. We stayed out of the library until ten o’clock. Then there we entered into a big room where thre were two people, one man
representing the Democratic Party and one woman representing the Republican
Party. They talked us about both parties, they gave us some information about
the situation and the ideas of both parties, that now I’m going to explain a
little bit.
They showed us a photo like this one
They told us that the states in
red represent the states that vote for the Republicans and the states in blue represent the states that
vote for the Democrats.
They said that these states are the ones where the parties are not concentrated to convince them to
vote for their party. The parties want to convince the other states, that in
this photo we can see in white or in the light blue. To continue I’m going to
show you some difference between these parties.
At the end we had time to
make questions, that some people did very interesting questions, and the
representatives of each party answered with sincerity, some of this questions
were very personal and committed.
