Italy
2012
First of all and to begin with, If I hadn’t gone to
Italy, I would have missed a breathtaking experience.
The first day we arrived in Pisa, and we visited the
famous leaning tower of Pisa, the cathedral and the baptistery, furthermore we
have some time to do photos. Then we went to Lucca a little but precious town,
and we had time to a tandem ride around the Lucca walls.
The second day, we went to Florence and visited the
“Galleria degli Uffizi”, there we saw some paintings that we worked in History
of Art; and the Accademia Gallery where we visited the sculptures of Michel
Angelo. In addition to, I visited the “Basilica di S.Lorenzo”, “Santa Croce”
and the “Campanille di Giotto”.
The third day we went to “San Gimignano” a very
beautiful medieval village, and frankly and to tell the truth with a horrorific
torture museum. Moreover we went to “Siena” where we walked for the steep streets,
and we visited the cathedral, the baptistery and the tower.
The fourth day we went to “Padua” where we visited the
magnificent and spectacular “Capella degli Scrovegni”. That is one of the
things that I enjoyed more of Italy.
The fifth day we went Venice. I love this city, it’s
magnificent; the narrow streets, the channels… In this city we visited the
“Basilica San Marco”, climbed the “campanille” and took a walk to gondola. In
the morning, also my friends and I took a “Vapporeto” to visit the city and
navagate the Grand Canal.
The sixth day we went to two beautiful islands:
“Burano” and “Murano”. I especially liked Burano, because is a quiet island
whit the houses painted in different colors.
The last day we went to “Verona” and visited the
Violeta’s house, and in the afternoon we visited “Milà”
In the end I would like to conclude by saying THANKS
to all the people who has done this trip possible.
