MALALA YOUSAFZAI and the Nobel Peace Prize 2014. Èrik E. (3ESO A)

 Malala Yousafzai, education is important

Malala Yousafzai is 17 years old, and she is from Pakistan. This girl is important because she is the youngest winner of the Nobel Peace Prize.

She was shot by a Taliban when she was on the bus to school. She was shot because, in some countries, girls can’t go to school. A sentence of Malala is: “Going back to school makes me very happy. My dream is that every child in the world goes to school because it is their basic right”.

What she means is that education is, probably, the most important thing in the world, because everyone has the right of the education to become a good, a decent an a respectable person. And also, everyone has the duty of the respect to live all the people in harmony, without problems like maleness, wars, revolutions…

And Malala was fighting and fighting for this equality of men and women, and now is an important reference of the overcome day by day.
