LIFE IN 3012
It’s 1st January, we have just started
the year 3012. During these years the society has experienced many changes related to
many aspects, for example, transport, education, work… As long as these changes
have become more important in our lives, we have developed new abilities and
skills, especially in technology. Let’s talk about these changes!
First of all, from my point of view, one
of the most important innovations is in transport. Talking about bicycles,
cars, and the bus is something strange nowadays. We are able
to use this kind of transports but, would you
refuse using a flying car or trains traveling thousands of kilometres per
hour? Unless you
don’t want to, this must be one of the most amazing
experiences of your life.
Not only has transport become important,
but education too. Despite all the importance of books, technology now has its place in our society. When I was a child, I used
to work with tablets and laptops all the time, never books.
It was a little difficult at first, but very comfortable nowadays. Even if the
use of technology, teachers are just as important as before. Technology can provide
us much information, but no as a teacher have to.
Then, one of the biggest changes
we managed
to do is related to climate change, that enormous problem
people one hundred years ago dealt with. Plastic is one of the least materials
used and we mustn’t use it unless we need it,
for example on the overuse of plastic bags some years ago. Many factors had to closed
and transportation is not every day allowed, it is regulated. Only rich people
are able
to eat meat, the rest can’t afford
it. But, we shall do many things to fix the mess we
were in.
To conclude, we can see that we are in a
new society, that has improved many aspects as many years ago but that also has
many aspects to improve. We have to work all together in order to
conserve the planet and society: this should be
teamwork!
