YESTERDAY
Yesterday, on Wednesday 26th October, all of
the students of 2nd of ESO, went to “Bodegues Torres” in two coaches. The trip
was very long, because this winery is in Vilafranca. When we arrived, we
divided in two groups. The 1st group went to the train and the
vineyards, and the 2nd group went to the presentation of the
wineries and the elaboration of the wine.
The 2nd group (my group), saw this
presentation of 15min and wrote down the most important things of the video in
a concept map. When the video finished, we went to our train and went to the
storehouse and the old galleries. The train had an explanation of the
territory. When we arrived and down the train, we heard the explanation of the
guide of my group. He explained all of the process/elaboration to obtain white
wine and red wine.
After that we went to galleries that had more than 200
barrels to decorate this gallery. When we left, we got on the train and go to
the vineyards and the 1st group joined with the 2nd
group. And the same guide of the gallery explained that the plants could have a
sickness by butterflies.
Later on we went to tasted white vine that was very
good! And we visited the museum of “Bodegues Torres”. Finally, we went in the coaches to pavilion
that had two field of football and one for basketball. In this pavilion we had
dinner and played football and basketball, also we went to buy drink, near the fields. We played for two hours and at 3 o’clock we returned to Sant Andreu.
