MY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE
US
Absolutely yes, it was a
wonderful experience in the US! Even if it hasn’t been my first time in the States,
I think it’s been the most exciting one!
When we first met our
partners, at the airport, no one thought that we were going to get on well that
much! We were very happy to be there and the American guys were also happy that
we were with them. The next day, we made a barbecue in one of the girl’s house.
It was just awesome, we met everybody there and we created a chat group so
everybody could talk and make plans; and that was a great idea because the
third day we seemed a family! If someone reads the first days conversations it
looks like we have been friends for many years!
We hung out like every
afternoon, we tried to do all the activities together, and we did it! Almost
everyone came to the organized plans.
It has been one of the
most unforgettable experiences of my entire life! The fact of meeting new
people my same age, doing everything with them, laughing for everything and
feeling like at home has been amazing! I feel really lucky and I’d like
everyone to live that experience, even for a short time, because two weeks is
nothing! Nobody wanted to leave because we all were having a wonderful time.
More than the monuments
or the museums that we’ve visited, the places we’ve gone, or the activities
that we’ve done, it’s all about the people that we’ve met and the friendship
that has been started.
Hope that after they
leave on January I can visit them this summer! I think everybody in this
exchange wants to go on with this friendship.
