Social
networks are very present in our lives and they have a huge impact in our
society, and it keeps increasing everyday.
A
very good thing about social networks is that it's very easy to enter and know
what is happening and what has happened. One of the most important facts is
that users can contrast information thanks to the huge variety of sites and
points of view that can be found on internet. This is somenting that TV or
newspapers don't have and allows them to lie a lot of people. Another good
thing about information in social networks is that it's completely free.
But
there's a huge defect, it's very easy to lie on internet too. A lot of people
believe everything that they find on internet without contrasting information
and that is something very bad. Not only in social networks, if someone
believes the first thing they find, regardless it's a newspaper or a social
network, they can be easily cheated.
So
finally, I think that social networks, as I said before, help us to be better
informed because they allow to contrast information very fast and easily.
