MY EXPERIENCE IN OXTED
This year I
made my first exchange and I was very excited and nervous.When we arrived at Oxted school all the partners were waiting for us .
We had lunch in the school and
then we went home. We met the family and they were nice,they have a dog called
Monty.
Every day I had 30 min by car to go to school,it was boring but I was
listening to some music such as Justin Bierber on the radio.The school is
too big and it is different from our school in Barcelona: there are a lot of
people and different subjects like Business or Maths on the computer…
We stayed two
days in London city, the first day we went to Picadilly Circus but during the
walk we stayed some time in Hamleys,it was really amazing.We had some free time
before going to the National Art Gallery so we went to M&M’s shop,I really
liked it .After that, we went to the British Museum and we saw the Rosetta
Stone.
The second
day we boarded onto a boat in Tower Pier
which took us across River Thames. We saw Westminster Bridge, the Tower of
London, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Oxo Tower, London Eye and The Houses of
Parliament during the last part of our journey. We made some photos in the Big
Ben and we went home.
On Wednesday
we went to Brighton and we had a lot of free time,we went shooping and we
bought some presents for our family .We liked a lot the Pier of Brighton and we made some selfies there.
