Recommending a film
This summer, I went
with some friends to the cinema to watch Guardians of the Galaxy. It received
great reviews and I really liked it, so that’s the film which I recommend
watching.
The film is about
Peter Quill, an adventurer who steals a mysterious ball to sell it and get some
money, but becomes the target of Roman, a villain that wants to control and
destroy the galaxy and who also seeks the ball. To fight Ronan and save the
galaxy from him, Peter creates the Guardians of the Galaxy, a team formed by
other people that he meets through the galaxy. These are: a gun expert raccoon
called Rocket, his human tree bodyguard Groot, a warrior looking for vengeance
against Roman called Drax the Destroyer and Gamora, who wants to redeem herself
for her past crimes. The characters have very little in common, and although
all of them want to save the galaxy, they have different specific objectives,
so this brings to funny situations.
I really enjoyed
the film because it has amazing action, it is very thrilling and the unusual superheroes
make this film different from the typical superhero movie. It also has some
good comedy (sometimes silly humor that still makes you laugh) between the
action and I thought that it was hilarious.
The producers of
the film said that there will be a sequel so I’m looking forward to watching it
as well.
