WRITING DIALOGUES. Laura M. (2n batx A)

Security cameras should be installed
in all schools

T.M: Good morning everyone, this is me, Troy McClure. You may remember me from such educational films as ‘Two minus three is negative one!’.
This night we are going to discuss about security cameras in schools. Let me introduce our guests: the director of Wembley’s school whose name is Jorge Michael and a young student from that school called Zack Griffin.
Mainstream schools do not used to have any kind of security camera installed on it, isn’t it? So, could it be this a resource to improve all the violent or unwanted behaviors?

J.M: Probably the answer is yes, because people would try getting more polite with their mates if they’re constantly been watched by the director or someone who could punish them with hard consequences.

T.M: What about you, Zack?

Z.G: I don’t agree at all with Mr. Michael, that’s because our privacy is being recorded in a camera, which I think it’s not going to worth.

T.M: Should student’s parents allowed this recording operation?

J.M: As far as I’m concerned, this would be the best way to show how the behavior of each students is in order to punished them or not and advise parents about their misconduct.

T.M: Do you want to add anything about it, Zack?

Z.G: For sure. In my opinion, the students who had bad behavior would keep on doing it out of the school. This is not a solution of the problem. Parents and teacher should teach young people to be as polite as it’s meant to be.

T.M: As I see, there’s no way to agree each other to solve this matter. We will have to wait to find another point of agreement to find a solution.
We have to trust that your youth will understand that a good behavior concerned everybody.
Thank you for being here with us Mr. Michael and Zack. Hope everything turns out well for you. See you again.
So, this is me, Troy McClure for American TV, have a nice weekend.
